DESCRIPTION:La session ISHA est une expérience immersive de 4 jours destinée aux femmes qui souhaitent se reconnecter à leur unité intérieure et déployer pleinement leur féminin. Elle propose un temps de respiration pour habiter son corps\, clarifier ses désirs profonds\, réveiller ses talents et exprimer sa singularité. \nLa pédagogie repose sur trois piliers complémentaires : \n\n\nla créativité artistique\, \n\n\nle développement personnel\, \n\n\nla dimension spirituelle. \n\n\nConcrètement\, la session se vit en petits groupes (8 à 12 participantes) à travers des ateliers variés comme le chant\, la danse\, le théâtre\, l’écriture ou le coaching\, dans un climat de bienveillance et de confidentialité. \nL’objectif est d’offrir un chemin de transformation personnelle pour permettre à chaque femme de mieux se connaître\, s’unifier intérieurement et rayonner dans sa vie.
