DESCRIPTION:WE d’initiation à la marche afghane\, une forme de marche consciente qui se pratique au rythme de la respiration\, afin de marcher plus loin\, avec moins de fatigue et davantage de présence. \nLe week-end se déroule en pleine nature\, en forêt de Forêt de Lyons (campagne normande)\, avec notamment une sortie dans les jardins des sculptures du Château de Bois‑Guilbert. \nIl s’adresse à tous (à condition d’avoir une bonne forme physique) et est animé par des professionnels certifiés par l’école française de marche afghane. \nParmi les bénéfices mis en avant : oxygénation intense\, stimulation de la circulation et du métabolisme\, renforcement du système immunitaire\, réduction du stress\, amélioration de l’endurance.
